I see, many thanks, I guess I will wait a couple of months and see what will be the base size and cleanup size, and make conclusions whether it is worth it to specify certain parameters to clean up faster than the default settings

In case that your crm still fresh, the job will find nothing to clean, I shared link to some configuration parameters that set the outdate ranges.
For example some logs will only removed if passed 3 month, if your crm still new nothing will removed till you change the param from 3 month to 2 weeks for example.

Yeah, I've noticed that Job, and allegedly it runs every sunday
With nothing in the logs saying that there might have been a failure

Is there some kind of way I can check if it actually ran ?

Hi, make sure you have enabled the scheduled jobs and they are running correctly,

There is some job named "Clean Up" will do most of the work,

    MySQL database size control

Hi, we have recently moved to EspoCRM, and I was wondering about MySQL database sizes.
We are currently sitting at 150mb, and we gain about 10mb each day.

Is there some way to clean it up? I feel like daily 10mb gain, for 3 concurrent users is a bit too high, and might become an issue in about half a year
I was also wondering what is your DB size, and do you feel comfortable with the amount of space it occupies and the daily increase of it?
