By default you can convert a lead to contact, account and opportunity.
Have you made any changes to the code of the EspoCRM files? Perhaps they created some new ones.
Just in case, please check Espo's error log.
Try in Administration > Entity Manager > Account > Edit check the "Disabled" mark box, save the entity, make a rebuild in the Administration, then go from the opposite - uncheck "Disabled" mark box in the "Account" entity editor, rebuild again and try to convert the Lead again.
