Issue AdvancedPack 2.8.12

Hello Yuri,
there are some error in advancedPack 2.8.12 :

controllers/report.php
function getActionExportList
line : 147 : throw new BadRequest(); direct return this.

services/report.php
function processGroupByAvailability
line : 1017, 1021, 1025 : throw new Forbidden; missing () ?

If i find some error, i must post on forum or create case in portal ?
