Assistance with the Template manager

Hello everyone,

Could someone please explain to me this options? I wasn't able to find any information about it.

I am trying to set up automatic email reports and I was wondering what is the difference between the three options.

Initially, you need to understand the difference between a Grid Report and a List Report.
