    Error: "Failed to load PDF document."

    I am unable to download or view uploaded documents.

    Hi Kapua,

    Administration > System Requirements

    Check if:

    post_max_size = 20M (and more)
    upload_max_filesize = 20M (and more)

      Do you save with "right click" > "save link as"?

      How do you save? Do you have issue with image too? What about other filetype?

        I can confirm a PNG file does work. However, the PDF ones do not.

      Do you have any customizations in your EspoCRM? Relaed to entryPoints?

      I found the problem. I am using Linux and I am able to pull files from the built-in "google drive" function and it was causing major issues. Once I copied over the folder to the main PC - 'Documents Folder', I uploaded it again and have had no issue. Everything now works.
