Scheduled Jobs after update Status:Pending

After update from v6 to v7 my Scheduled Jobs dosen't not execute are in Pending - see photo
error log: https://muulox.ro/mail.muulox.ro/ofe...2022-01-18.log
What would be the problem?

I figured out, i changed the cpanel crown job from:
cd /home/muuloxro/erp.muulox.ro; /opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/bin/php -f cron.php > /dev/null
to:
* * * * * cd /home/muuloxro/erp.muulox.ro; /opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1
