Schedule Activity from SidePanel of Account don't Prefill contact/.. in V7.0.8

this is a new changement in V7 ?
Before, when we shedule a meeting, contact/user/lead was prefill in attendee list.

It's a bug or not ?
in demo too same (new?) behaviours
