Is there any wiki how email mapping works with entities?
Q1:
eg.
I get new email from mail ana.larson@bb.com. I create Contact Anna Larson. Created Contact I assigns to Client BBCompany. Now I create Case from email 'complaint of goods'. Now I should see this email in History Panel in Case 'complaint of goods', in Contact Anna Larson and in Client BBCompany that's right?
Why sometimes I not see an e-mail in the History Panel, if the Contact is linked to the Client?
Q2:
I created Case from email. I replied on this email (email correctly linked in Case History Panel). Then I get two replies (on screen) and this two mail does not linked to Case History Panel? Why? The application sees that the sent 2 e-mails are the replies, so why can't I see them Case Panel History?
