Custom entity into campaign target list ?

Hello,
I'm a bit confused. I'm hosting Espocrm on my own server and I didn't find how to add an recently created entity to the target list in order to make a campaign.
I searched a lot and I tried to change some part of the code on my server without results.
Somebody can help me ? Thank you in advance
