Format Date Time Field To Include Seconds

Has anyone successfully formatted a date time field to include seconds? I see seconds as an option at this below url but no specifications as to how to setup in a date time field. Any help is appreciated!

It's not supported by default imho. Even if you change timeFormat in config it'll still use HH:mm. It would require additional coding, for example time pickers are not adjusted in EspoCRM to choose seconds.
