Hi,
We are currently evaluating ESPO and have a question about automated email allocation.
Our current process in the existing CRM:
We send a mail (from Outlook; 2 different mail addresses) and set a general address of the CRM system in BCC. After sending, the mail is automatically assigned in CRM to the contact to which the "To"-mail address matches. If this is not the case, a contact is simply created with the name of the "To" address.
Why do we do it this way or does it work well?
We can control which eMail should be saved in the CRM. This way we avoid that everything and therefore partly also private or not the colleagues intended ends up in the CRM.
Is there such a possibility in ESPO or in the Outlook package?
Thank you very much for your opinion!
Kind regards
Fabian
