BPM Create case with lead capture payload

Hi, I'm using BPM to create a case after a lead capture event, I'm trying to access lead capture payload to use that as case description, I tested a lot of formulas, variables, without luck.

Any ideas how can I achieve this?

Try to create a Workflow with a Target Entity "Lead Capture Log Record" and set the action "Create Record" > Case, then click a button "Add Field" > Description > field Lead Capture.Payload.
