in admin, "email template" layout is "category tree"
for user : document is "category tree"
knowledge is "category tree"

And perfect for me.

Do you think, "template" entity will not be more perfect if layout is like "category tree"

Sample :
many template can be used in workflows, bpm, ..
so we can place these kind of template in special "folder"

Second question in relation on first : why "email template" is on admin section and user can create "template->entityType('Email')"..

I think, we need some template only accessible because.. "Process / BPM / Workflow.." and not by User like "email template in admin section"
