  • Optimal Jobs Settings

Does anyone have a reference or suggestions as to the optimal Jobs Settings?

We're running on a VPS and from what I can tell, using very few resources.

Based on more is better, I'm inclined to crank these values up. On the other hand, it would be helpful to actually know what I'm doing or have best practices.

    Thanks,
    Grok

Hi GrokWhy - i think your settings are okay. If you configured Parallel mode, you already done great job.

I recommend to setup cron.php to execute more often than once a minute or to use daemon instead. The more users you have the more likely you will need to crank the settings up. You can monitor how jobs are executed at Administration > Jobs. Need to click the Search button multiple times to refresh the list to see how jobs are processed.
