All incoming emails get linked to corresponding records automatically

Hi,

The feature description of EspoCRM says:

All incoming emails get linked to corresponding records automatically
192.168.l.l routerlogin 192.168.0.1
Bow can I activate this function? I have correctly set up the imap accounts and I can see my inbox folder but when I look up the history of leads there are only those mails, that have been sent to the contact within esprocrm.

No need to activate it. They are linked by the email address on the contact, account, etc based on the emails in the to and cc of the email.
