Problem with API users in both v.7.0.3 and 7.0.5

Hello,

I have upgraded my Espo to v.7.0.3 and then to v.7.0.5. In both cases, I could not open API users. When I press on it - nothing happens, if I right-click and open in the new tab - it opens a new empty window... Has anyone experienced the same issue?
