Access to a non-espoCRM folder included in the installation

I have a feeling it due to that security patch, I forgot which issue numbers it was but it basically lock out certain folder and file to prevent public access (iirc)

1) Post your document hierarchy folder (not all, just from root of espocrm and the folder script and where backup)
2) post your script and how it's run ? crontab ?

Hello,
I have a folder with a script inside the espoCRM installation, which provides a backup solution from within espoCRM. Before upgrading to 7.0.1 that worked, but now it seems, that there is no access possible to folders inside espoCRM. Can anybody confirm that and point me in direction of any alternative solution?
