Can I upload multiple documents and add a description to each document? Is there any way to do this? I know how to upload more documents, but I don't know how to do a description for each document.

Nope, it have to be a single upload through the GUI, very annoying, I tried feature request long time ago but no result yet.
You would need to learn to code this yourself or do it through an API.
