After going through at least 2 commercial CRM systems and 2 other open source systems, we found Espo to be bang on our needs and easy to use and setup, so thank you for providing a well thought out system. I just have few simple questions for a newbie.
1. Scrolling for the accounts / contacts list - when the lists are brought up there is always a "more" button down the bottom. To assign tasks to multiple accounts (which we have learnt to set up from the forum tks) it would be easy to scroll the entire list, is this possible at all, or have more in the list displayed on screen? I guess if not possible the only other way to do this is group the accounts and sort by for a consolidated view.
2. "Open / Read" Signals for personal emails - Due to our structure we are using personal company emails for contacts just at the moment, is there anyway to have an indicator of when read / opened when an email sent to a contact. Zoho did do a good job of this with the little alarm bell up the top indicating all customer activity, it was good to see what was actually happening.
We will be going forward with the system for the long run so again well done!
