there are many solution @emillod can do-it easy.
you just need choose a "sms provider" for your country
check google "mass sms provider" and choose one, say then emillod for make a extension

I am looking for a way to send Mass SMS from a created list. Is there any way beside using Twilio and how we can integrate it into Espo?
