  • ISSUE: Moving Contacts between Accounts

    I have a contact, that if I move from Account to Account, they show on the Contact detail page they are in the account I moved them to. But if I look in the back at earlier accounts they remain there too in the Contact section.

    Has anyone seen this before?

    One contact can be assigned to more than one account. It's not an issue/bug. If you have anything strange in your instance, please show us a screenshot

      I think I've figured it out. In Contact Details Layout options, there is an Account field and an Accounts field (plural). Accounts let you select multiple. Account shows only one.
