  • Printing PDF with multiple records

    Hi all.

I'm unable to print PDF with a large number of multiple records.

I know there is a limit for 50 records, and I have alteady increased the massPrintPdfMaxCount to 100 as shown in the image.

But the problem dos not appears with a 50 record limit. It appears around 40-43 records.

I'm able to print the report with 40 related records.

I increase the number of related records and at 41 it fails.

Any suggestions on what should I review?

    Thanks in advance

Look if there is any hint in the log-file (data/logs)

No. I reviewed the log and there is nothing there

It's blind shoot, but maybe you should increase PHP limits?

Not sure if I understand. May you be a little more specific?

These are values in your php.ini file. You must have access to this file in your hosting or server. Mostly on shared servers, you cannot change values directly, but will have to ask your provider. And even then, it will not always be possible to change something.
      The values of interest are:

      max_execution_time
      post_max_size
      memory_limit
      max_input_time
      post_max_size
      upload_max_filesize

In your case, if so, it will be more one or more of the first four values.

esendino please go to Administration -> System Requirements and check max_execution_time and memory_limit ?

The values of those parameters are the following:
      max_execution_time 600
      memory_limit 368M

I have feeling that it is a timeout issue too... can you try with basic details to see if it can print 100? E.g. Just a formula with {name} for example.

It also seems to me that this is a temporary problem.
