When Converting Lead To Opportunity Passing Information Between Forms
When converting a Lead to an Opportunity is there any way to pass the values of the salutationName + firstName + lastName fields to the 'name' field in the Opportunities Form?

As I don't use Lead and Opportunity often I'm not sure what it can do by default; however my guess is this will require coding to make it work. As far as I know most other, especially custom entity will require you to code. I think this thread is relevant to you:
