I believe you can is the answer? You can create as many Opportunity as you want for each Contact or each Account (company). I believe the term Opportunity is "opportunity for you to either get the sale to them or them accepting your service".

By default I think these 4 entity is already linked together, if you don't see it. Have a look at the Admin, Entity, Layout Manager

If you are taking repeat business from existing contacts/accounts how does that work with leads/opportunities - can you make a link between a lead/opportunity to an existing contact or account?
