    No Email assignment notifications for Process User Tasks (BPM)

    When a user gets a user task assigned in a BPM workflow he does not get an email notification in case he's not logged in like he does for regular tasks.
    In the user's profile the checkbox for Email assignment notifications: "Process User Tasks" is checked.
    There is no output in the log for notifications

    Is this a bug? Does anybody know how to get Emails automatically send on "Process User Tasks" assignment?

    Issue is solved. It seems another notification in the espocrm jobs blocked notification mails for process user tasks.

      Do you have jobs running in parallel enabled? https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...llel-processes It's highly recommended to enable.

        Thanks yuri for that tip - I missed that feature! "Jobs Run in Parallel" was ideed not activated ...
