Emails to a group of contacts or leads

Is it possible to create a "group" email address to send an email to people from the same group.

I mean to create a list/group of leads or contacts and to send the emial to all of them.

I do not want to send a mass email to a list of people (so many similar emails) but a single email with to several people under a single email address.

How to do this (like creating "group email" into outlook)
