Mass Update Regular Users

Hi,

I want a Regular user to have the ability to mass update a field from the Contacts list. In Layout, I've added the field to update. As an admin user, I see it in the Actions list. As a Regular user, I only see Follow/Unfollow. I looked under Roles, but don't see anything about enabling Mass Update.

What am I missing?

Thank you Jakub Grufik. But, it looks like there isn't a definitive method to provide access to certain scopes for my use case. I settled for doing it using the front-end itself. Thanks a lot anyway!
