How do I know which version of Espo I'm using?

I see there are many versions of Espo that have been and are being released. I'm also using it, so how do I know which version I'm using so that it's easy to update and use? Please share with me.

Go to Administration -> Upgrade
there you have information about current version of your EspoCRM

In regard to upgrade, you should upgrade through CLI. There you have documentation tutorial: https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/upgrading/
