Filter "Not Held" Calls

Sorry if it's a stupid question, maybe already answered, but after searching the forum; can't find one!

In Calls, we can filter to see the Calls Held. But how to do if I want to see Phone Calls "Not Held"?

the left side filters are coded (in this case: application/Espo/Modules/Crm/SelectManagers/Call.php)

you could add a search filter 'status' from the right side and select "None Of", "Held"

You could create your own Saved Filter but then you would have to do it for each user I think. If you want to do it for everyone, you need to create/add custom filter. See an user tutorial here: https://devcrm.it/custom-filters
