Templater role

I want to create "templater" role for person who could work with quote-invoice templates, but allowing only template module in "full access" is not enough to enable him to create, edit or even make a duplicate of existing templates for editing. what is need to be done additionally?

Not sure if I understood correctly but I have tested and was able to give permission to user to edit or create PDF Templates

problems come when someone with only "templates" rights try to "duplicate existing template to edit it. Error 404 have no permissions. if it's working for you might be it's mine CRM problem.
