Hello Everyone, One of my Friend working as accountant. He is preparing a balance sheet but because of staff shortage and time pressures that can't complete it on time. There is lot of common data with last years which he need not retype and can manage by editing last year’s balance sheet ? Is their any software on net where I can do this easily??

What did he use previously would help. There is a few free Accounting software out there that support offline and online, in most case I believe you would need to do an "export" of the previous system and import the file (hopefully it is in the right format or supported format).
