  • How to set visibility of a field in List View if user is not assigned user/team?

Hi, is it possible Espocrm can set as below sample case?

E.g: This is a view from Alex's Espocrm. Alex is only Assigned user for 2nd record, but he still able to see all Account display in this Opportunities Entity.
Others fields such as Name, Stage, Probability, Assigned User and Created At will not display any data, and it will no response if Alex click on the other Account (e.g: B&B Co, Tree Fo Co....etc).

**Alex is also not within the team member in others record. He only involved in Record No.2.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
Looks weird. Please open dev tools panel in your browser (F12 key), then refresh an Oportunity list view page and check the Console tab for the errors.
Also try to reproduce it in the incognito window.
Is there any respective error in an EspoCRM log?

      Hi Maximus,
Sorry to make you confused. This photo has been photoshoped, I'm trying to set the CRM which only allows Alex's to have access to details to accounts assigned to him only.
However he can still view the total number of accounts in the system but no access to the details, like the one shown in above sample photo. Is this possible?

I see. You need to allow Alex to Read -> Own for the Account entity within his Role.
