I figured it out. The Team had a role assigned with more privileges, allowing those for the user.

Agreed. But the only role this individual is assigned is Coordinator. Why does Espo think this individual has another role?

Espo Not Updating User Role Permissions
So what am I missing here?
I have a user in a Role (Coordinators), and that role has scope limited to access only Contacts on their Team, not all. When I view scope on the Roles page - Coordinators, Contacts scope is correct (Team)
When looking at the User page they are assigned to the Role Coordinators, but clicking the Access button on the user, Contacts scope shows All, not limited to Team. Logged in as the User, the user sees all Contacts.
I've tried resetting scope under Contacts for the Role Coordinators, no luck.
This is still working for users created previously.
I recently added the Advanced Pack and VIOP. Espo is running the latest version.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
Russ
