Different teams have their own unique Task status names and Opportunity stage names

    Hi, i have similar question. I would like to give different options for different portals. So user who is accessing example.com/portal/1 have options opt1 and opt2, and user accessing example.com/portal/2 have options opt3 and opt4.

    Hello,
    You can add such option as "Created" into the option list in Administartion -> Entity Manager -> Task -> Fields -> status -> Options. In the same olace (field's configuration) you can set a dynamic-logic to show specific options list based on the Team (see examples on the attached screenshots)

    Note: be careful with updating/removing the default options of the Status field. The Task entity is one of the default system entities, and the system has some built in filters that depend on the default Status options.

    Hello,

    Is it possible that different teams can have their own unique Task status names and Opportunity stage names? For instance, the Sales team will have tasks status names "Not started", "Started", "Completed", but the Project management team will have tasks status names "Created", "Cancelled" etc.
