Is there a way that I send notification by mail when someone modifies a record?
for example I have modified the name of a contact and in entities> fields I have audited the field "modified by" and in notifications if I have checked the option "Notifications about updates in Follow-up for internal users" And when modifying the name of the contact, I expected that the users who were following up on this contact will receive an email notifying that I have modified it.

Is it possible to make this happen?

As such, it only sends me notification emails of assignment, status change and if any user ever posts something in the tracking area.
But I would like you to also notify of the changes it undergoes when some user modifies it, any help please would be very useful

Hi Clara,

Out of the box, I dont think this is possible. I'm assuming it is if you have the Advanced extension (or whichever is the one with BPM/Workflow).

So question is, do you have the extension?
