Excuse me for my late reply.
I have changed the time format as suggested but it is still the same. Do you know what could be the reason ?! Thank you for you help.

Answer to the first question: unfortunately not, because this time slot does not exist.
Answer to second question: yes it's possible
Go to Administration > Settings and change "Time Format" to HH:mm.

The calendar times slots go from 12am to 11pm.
Question 1 : can i only set up from 8am to 7pm ?
Question 2 : is it possible to set the time system to 24 instead of 12 hours (example 14h instead of 2pm)
