long waiting time for "api/v1/I18n?default=true"

the loading time of the login page of the 1 of espocrms is very long, more than 20s in incognito mode/ first time running .
After further investigation, most of the time is waiting for the result of api/v1/I18n?default=true

There is no such problem in other espocrm, but i don't find the difference between the settings of them.

Is there anyone who can tell me which setting affecting the loading time of api/v1/I18n?default=true? Thanks.

In other EspoCRM you don't have this problem?
Check your server settings. Watch the processes that are running.

Be good if you can say what version you using and what your server is like. And a summary of how this happen, is it out of the blue you suddenly get slow down or you did a recent update, etc.
