Please someone who can help me by following up on the campaigns


1._ I can not create a tracking url, someone explain me as please.
2._ A few days ago I created a campaign and the messages are supposed to be sent every hour, but only the first batch of messages has been sent and from there no more messages were sent.
3._How do I do it so that the fields are reflected in the statistics tabs (open, read, rejected, bounced, reference created, income)

2. Yes. For each Mass Email action, you need to create a new Mass Emails activity. If you want to automate it you need to utilize such tools like Workflow/BPM from Advanced Pack https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/.
3. This information should be shown in the Campaign log (see screenshot).

Is it possible to have a tracking URL to be used not in an email?

For example, I have a social media campaign in ESPO and I want to track links from the social media page to my website. I am using Bit.ly at the moment so I can see the number of times the link has been clicked from SM, but I would rather use it in ESPO if possible.

As far as I am aware of it works for email only.
