I have a question when email notifications arrive or do not arrive, my question arises that I have a user where I activate all notifications, all the type of notifications that are in their preferences, I have activated the option that says to receive notifications about records created even if they are from another user, waiting for when another user created a record to receive a notification by mail of all the records created, this since this user must be aware of the things that are happening, it may or may not be he may receive mail even if he is not the assigned user, (if I have the cron configured), and I am using the basic version of espocrm.
