    Hello everybody,

    I have created a workflow to notify me when a new customer is entered into the system, how can I specify in the notification message, for example, the name of the contact who has arrived?

    Hi there,
    Under 'Arrived' you mean 'Created', is that correct. If so, then you can create a Workflow for the Contact entity and use the {entity} variables in a notification.
