Ad note section/panel to properties

Hello, I need notes for properties, I need to make a new panel and put a notes entity so I can add notes in properties as well as others. I don't see a manual to do this, I tried entity and layouts but I did not totally achieve what I wanted.

Please check in Administration -> Entity Manager -> Real Estate Property -> Edit -> Stream.
