Problem to access to phpadministration

I can't access to my phpadministration to export my sql database... all bitami services are running , I tried with my user and password but nothing.... which are the user and passsword to enter here ?!?!?!?!

Hi, did you install a local Apache/MySQL environment (like XAMPP or alike)?
If so, it maybe, that your user/password is default, what means:

user: root
pass: empty (don`t type anything)

If you are on a hosting, the hoster should provide the credentials for User and pass.

Might have more luck with Bitnami support, you are paying for their server service after all. I'm sure in a Control Panel somewhere you can probably reset password or login PHP with a click.

Alternatively you can also look at EspoCRM config file, the database login and password is also found there (only for EspoCRM database)
