Integration with LDAP for Authentication and permissions

    Hello,
I'm trying to use an OpenLDAP Service to manage authentication. The tutorial at https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...authorization/ help me to do it well.
But when a new user connect to Espo (a user that does not exist before) he has no role, just default permissions. It will be very great if I can config a mapping between an attribute of LDAP users and list of roles already created in EspoCRM. Is it a way to do that?

    Hi,
Unfortunately no. The only way you can use is in the Administration -> Authentication configs you can specify the User Teams and User Default Team. So the LDAP users will be automatically assigned to the desired Team. The team can be assigned to a role. So by using this approach you can grant your LDAP user with more advanced access.
