When we install CRM and IP-PBX in same server, we can access the recordings from CRM after each call. Now we install PBX and CRM in different servers and now call recordings are not coming to CRM. Please help me on this!

Hello,
Basically, EspoCRM keeps a link to a Call voice record. If the link is broken, then you won't be able to listen a Call record.
Please check whether all settings are proper.
Check whether the Site URL parameter in Administration -> Settings corresponds to your real EspoCRM URL address.

it's more a Asterisk (as i understand).. you need to adapt voip setting in admin section : host IP
you need too adapt asterisk for have firewall open for espocrm IP
