Share Email draft

is it possible to share my email drafts with another accounts in the organization?

Hello,
There's no ability for you to see the drafted emails of another user in your own Draft folder.
But if your user has a permission for the Email entity to Read (e.g. 'All') he can open a draft email by its link and read it.
