Lead Name to Stream

I am trying to find out how to change what gets posted on the stream on the main page to be from the name of the lead (persons name) to the account name (company name) Is there a way to switch this so it would pull that information instead?

Could you let me know where id go to find the file to code? Or will this be a feature later on?
