When we dial a 11 digit phone no from espo. Espo trimmed to 10 digit and dial. I need to dial 11 digit. Please help me on this !
11 digit phone can't dial through espo crm.

Do you have a VoIP integration Pack? Do you mean when you click to call 11 digit number the number is cut to 10 digits?
What EspoCRM version do you have?
What VoIP integration do you have?
What VoIP service do you use (Asterisk, Twilio, etc.)? -
For calling from espo crm. We integrate ip-pbx ( asterisk based) with espo and gsm gateway as trunk.
Here local pstn line is 11 digit and Mobile no is 10 digit. From my pbx I can dial 11 digit no(eg :04844138200 or +914844138200) and 10 digit ( 9746314402). But from crm click to call to this 11 digit no can't dialed, I got a prompt that invalid no, then I checked with my pbx. In the CLI it shows from crm only passing 10 digit only.

I have checked your problem. Please note that all phone numbers are formatted by E.164 Phone Number Format and "Dial Format for outgoing calls" option defined in Administration > Integrations > VoIP.
Click to dial tests based on your examples:
my test configurations:
- Default Country: India
- Dial Format for outgoing calls: 00{COUNTRY_CODE}{NATIONAL_NUMBER}
Test 1: 04844138200
- Phone number is valid
- Dial phone is 00914844138200
Test 2: +914844138200
- Phone number is valid
- Dial phone is 00914844138200
Test 3: 9746314402
- Phone number is valid
- Dial phone is 00919746314402
