New task status

Hi!

I´m new to EspoCRM and I´m planning my work with it for a few weeks now.
Is it possible to add additional task statuses? Completed is good, but I need one more for saving the task, when it´s completed, invoiced, but not showed in the live view.
Is there another possibility, like archive?

Sorry, I meant the header of the columns - e.g. Proposal, Qualification, Prospecting in your example.
I edited once, but I can´t find it at the moment!

Attached you find some screenshots - I have different options at the status-field, but I only find some of them in den kanban-view.
How do I get the others?
