The generic Industry field provided from Espo contains high level categories that are not industry specific.
Managing two different companies using the CRM for one of them I already created custom fields listing their specific type and properties of the selected type.
Done so also since I can also easilly hide the panel for the other company users.
Wondering if this is a good practice also for the second company, or is more safe (in term of future upgrades, data fragmentation and reporting) to just extend the Industry list, creating eventually a specific sublist based on the selection.
I suppose this is a common problem, so that many does have experiences.
