Is it possible to send mail about all changes in the system. Administrators

Hi,

As you may know, the system can send an email notification to an internal user (e.g. admin) upon:
1. Assignment to a record
2. Notifications about updates in Stream (Field update is supported. For this, the field must have enabled 'Audited' parameter)
See: Administration -> Notifications.

Some changes that are not covered by a default functionality, you can utilize either Formula, Workflow or BPM in order to send self generated notifications.

For the rest part of upgrades you will need to develop such functionality.

And you can somehow send messages to the mail from the event feed?

Yes, you can create a workflow for the Note entity that will be triggered upon new Stream post creation.
